The 2016 Germination workshop was held on May 12-13, 2016 at the National Science Foundation Headquarters, Arlington VA.
The Germination program challenges the research community to conceive and conduct fundamental research that hold the promise of unlocking big opportunities to enhance the quality of life, security and economic competitiveness.
